Childhood Immunisations – can be fun
1.Doctor’s appointment
Book an appointment with your doctor (required for 6 week old babies and new patients to the clinic, optional after that)
Fee: $85, out of pocket cost $47.95 (for a 15 minute consultation only, usual fees apply for longer consults)
Immunisation fee of $25 – no medicare rebate.
2.Nurse appointment
Book an appointment with one of our accredited nurse immunisers – available for all childhood immunisations except babies at 6 weeks (Dr needs to see 6 week old babies first)
An Immunisation clinic is conducted regularly by our nurse immunisers.
Fee: $25 no medicare rebate
Flu Vaccinations
1. Nurse Appointment
Book an appointment with the Nurse.
Fee: $35 – no Medicare rebate ($10 for the nurse to administer the vaccine and $25 for the flu vaccine).
Flu Vaccine cost is $25, but is government funded if the patient is under 5, over 65, has a chronic illness or is pregnant.
2. Doctor’s appointment
Book an appointment with your doctor ONLY if you are a new patient, DVA patient or need to see the doctor for something other than the flu vaccination.
Fee $85 for consultation, out of pocket $47.95. Usual fees apply for longer consultation.

Travel Immunisations
Initial visit
Half hour doctor’s appointment is required for your initial visit to assess and organise your travel medicine and vaccination needs.
Fee: $170 for a 30 minute consultation, the out of pocket cost is $98.30 plus the cost of the vaccines. Read more here and ask for a travel health information sheet.
Subsequent visit
Subsequent visits for follow up immunisations.
These can be booked with a nurse.
Fee: $25 – no medicare rebate, plus the cost of vaccines.
