Telehealth consultations are available to all our patients.
Telehealth consults will be privately billed as per our normal fee and will be eligible for a rebate if holding a current Medicare card.
The normal private fee structure, as below, applies:
Patient’s Out of pocket expense
Standard consultation 15 minutes
30 minute consultation
45 minute consultation
60 minute consultation
After 6pm & Sat 15 minutes
After 6pm & Sat 30 minutes
We are a private billing clinic and do not bulk bill anyone except Veteran Affairs Gold cardholders
Payment is required at the time of the consultation. For your convenience we accept cash, eftpos or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy: For appointments not kept or cancelled with less than 2 hours notice a fee may be charged. This is not rebateable by Medicare.
Also – From 1st August we will be charging for the transfer of medical records.
$20 per family for us to send to records to another clinic
$10 per family if we are using a (new) patient supplied USB. – USB must be still in packaging and unused.
There will be a 7 day turnaround for these requests and the form must be complete and signed before we can process.
If the patient is requesting a copy of their file to take themselves, photo ID with a signature (drivers license) must also be included with the request.
