Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Saturday 8.30am to 11.30am

Fasting Blood Test

If fasting is required, you should not have anything to eat or drink (except water) for 8 to 15 hours before your test - preferably overnight. You should continue to take all your regular medications unless your doctor advises you not to.

If you are diabetic or have any other concerns, please speak to your doctor before fasting.

Please notify the Pathology Nurse if you have fasted for longer than 15 hours, as prolonged fasting may affect your results.
