New Patients
New patients are welcome at Brighton Family & Women's Clinic, however our availability fluctuates quite significantly. Please telephone our receptionists to check if we are currently taking new patients.
When you attend our clinic as a new patient we usually make a 30 minute appointment (sometimes longer) as the doctor needs the extra time to get to know all about you and your medical and family history.
Please bring a list of your current medications so we can enter this information in your file.
The fee for a new patient is approximately $150, with a rebate of $69 from medicare. This fee may alter depending on the length of time spent.
Payment is required at the time of the consultation. For your convenience we accept cash, eftpos or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Patient Registration form - to be completed and given to reception
Pre-visit medical questionnaire - women - to be completed and given to your doctor
ORPre-visit medical questionnaire - men - to be completed and given to your doctor
